A particular success was when T.M. Lewin briefed TMS12 to attract new customers and revive customers that had lapsed with a glossy A5 4 page loose insert.
Multiple offers were included on the insert to test not only the creative but the offer/message.
Using geographical sales data stores were profiled and test regions selected.
